Cancellation & Refund Policy – Taal Pro

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds when using the Taal Pro platform. By using the application, you agree to this policy.

1. Cancellation

Before provider acceptance

You may cancel your request free of charge before the service provider accepts the booking. A full refund will be issued if applicable.

After provider acceptance

Once the request has been accepted, cancellation fees may apply depending on the situation, including late cancellations or when the provider has already started heading to the location.

Provider unavailability

If the service provider is unable to attend, you may reschedule your appointment or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking based on provider availability and mutual agreement.

3. Refunds

  • Cancellation before provider acceptance
  • Service not completed
  • Provider failed to attend

Refunds are processed through the original payment method or the in-app wallet, depending on the system used.

4. Non-refundable Cases

  • Service completed as described in the app
  • Dissatisfaction without a clear service issue
  • Minor delays or operational circumstances
  • Changes requested after service has started
  • Misuse or external factors beyond provider control

5. Disputes

If you have any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact Taal Pro support. We will review the case and aim to resolve it fairly.

  • The platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
