Terms & Conditions – Taal Pro

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to Taal Pro and all its digital systems.
“Customer” refers to any user requesting services through the platform.
“Service Provider” refers to any individual or entity approved to provide services.
“Service” refers to any work requested through the platform.

2. Nature of Relationship

The Platform operates solely as an intermediary connecting Customers with Service Providers. The Platform is not a party to any contractual relationship between the Customer and the Service Provider and bears no responsibility for service execution.

3. Registration & User Obligations

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.

4. Service Providers

Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality, execution, and legality of the services they provide. They must comply with all applicable regulations and professional standards.

5. Orders & Pricing

Prices may vary depending on the nature of the service. Confirming an order constitutes a final and binding acceptance of the price and all related details.

6. Payment & VAT

All payments are processed through approved payment methods within the Platform. The Platform is entitled to charge commission and additional fees. Value Added Tax (15%) applies only to the Platform’s commission and additional fees in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel orders before service execution. Late cancellations may result in applicable charges. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Warranty

The Service Provider must provide a 30-day warranty from the date of service completion. The warranty covers defects related to workmanship only and does not cover misuse or external factors.

9. Service Level

Service Providers must respond within a reasonable time, arrive as scheduled, and perform services with professional quality. The Platform may evaluate performance and take actions including restriction or suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform expressly disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or execution of services. In all cases, the Platform’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amounts collected as commission or additional fees.
